1. Who we are

This site is operated by ERA Cards, a Florida-based dealer in Pokémon and trading cards. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. Intake submissions are not offers

Submitting the Sell, Trade or Consign form starts a conversation. It is not an offer, a sale, a consignment agreement or a trade agreement. Any transaction is agreed separately and directly with ERA Cards.

3. Valuations and market pricing

Valuations, market index charts and comps shown on this site are estimates built from third-party sold data, active listings and our own sale history. They are informational only, are not appraisals, and are not a guaranteed purchase price. Actual offers depend on condition, authenticity, grade verification and current demand.

4. Consignment

Consignment is governed by the signed consignment agreement, which sets out custody, pricing approval, the minimum consignment period and payout. Commission is charged per card on the final sale price: 5% on cards selling for $3,000+, 10% on $1,000–$2,999, and 12% on $250–$999, with a $250 minimum card value. Review and sign the agreement.

5. Shop purchases and payment

Listings are single items and are sold first-come, first-served; an item is only reserved once payment is received or we confirm a hold in writing. Prices may change until checkout is complete. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal payments are manually confirmed by us before an item ships. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is found to be misdescribed, damaged or already sold.

6. Authenticity and ownership

You represent that any cards you send, sell, trade or consign are lawfully yours, free of liens or claims, and to the best of your knowledge authentic and unaltered. Items found to be counterfeit or altered are removed from sale and returned.

7. Shipping and handling

Packing, carrier, service level and insurance are agreed before anything ships, and packages are tracked in both directions. See our full handling process.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or attempts to disrupt the site.

9. Site content

Photography, copy, branding and card data compiled on this site belong to ERA Cards or its licensors and may not be scraped, resold or republished commercially without permission.

10. Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, ERA Cards is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on estimated pricing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
